Since 2017, Node has been launching a coliving and furnished apartment experience that not only provides a warm and welcoming space for you to feel at home but a chance for you to meet new friends.
Node literally means a point of connection and we found our ease of living and the joy of our community has created the synergy we have always dreamt of.
Our communities across the globe have inspired us to keep creating and innovating new events, spaces and concepts along the way. We take your ideas to heart and continue to develop events that are led more and more by our residents. It has truly shaped a new culture with our cities.

Madrid Community
Our community in Madrid spans across both our boutique asset and larger scale “hub” locations. Most of our events are resident led by our amazing Nodies, with some that are a part of our Creators Residency. Each month we offer several bespoke events ranging from art classes, skill share opportunities to mixology rooftop experiences. No matter which location you choose, all events no matter the location are accessible through our app. Meet your neighbours as well as other Nodies on the other side of the city. Connection at its best!
London Community
We couldn’t be more thrilled to have landed in Brixton, one of the most creative and diverse neighbourhoods in London. This place is our playground as we have partnered with several bars and restaurants to truly live like a local. Our community curator finds unique ways to connect the community through experience from foodie nights to BBQs in our garden. It truly has been a melting pot attracting residents from all over the world. Take the leap and join us!
Dublin Community
Not only was our D2 Fitzwilliam Square boutique the first coliving community in Ireland, it was also our first location in Europe! Our resident’s lounge and rooftop have been essential spaces to host some of the best memories with our Nodies throughout the years. Residents also live in a close knit community by sharing 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Our community curators continue to find sweet moments through the year to really celebrate our international community and bring a sense of warmth and intimacy.
Our newest location in Dublin 7 is a slightly larger community that equally attracts creatives and entrepreneurs alike, but for those who want their own studio with ample communal spaces at their doorstep. This walkable city lends to a more connective community between the 2 locations. Like our Madrid location, all residents are welcome to all events hosted by Node city-wide.
New York Community
Our Brooklyn community is tucked away on a tree-lined street located in the creative neighborhood of Bushwick. We launched our brownstone in 2019 and have seen our backyard used for several events from fire pit s’mores nights to bocce ball competitions. Our residents are walking distance from some of the best cafes and breweries. The Bushwick backdrop and local events have shaped some of our social calendar providing our residents with endless opportunities to connect.
Los Angeles Community
Our LA community is so special as our bungalow lifestyle pairs perfectly with our mission. The bungalow courts are architecturally significant in California and were designed in a way that naturally allows our residents to meet for a morning coffee or chat outdoors. Our two locations are only a 4 minute walk from one another. Echo Park has been such a gift for our community as a lot of our events are centered around the parks in the area, the best street tacos and restaurants and bars you can easily gather. Our Community Ambassador organizes events that our residents repeatedly attend that lead to friendship and collaboration.
