A coliving studio is an efficiently designed private studio that has its own ensuite bathroom, living/dinging/bed area and a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator/freezer, 2 ring hob, combination microwave/oven and sink. Some studios have private terraces. Coliving studios have access to shared communal kitchens on each floor which are fully equipped with full range ovens and stoves, perfect for cooking full meals alone or with friends
To make things easy, your monthly rent covers all the essentials—utilities, Wi-Fi, and council tax are all included. If you’d like a little extra help, cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
