Be the first pioneering residents to experience Node’s brand new, thoughtfully designed flats. Our spaces are bathed in natural light and maximised for space. Ranging from cosy studios to roomy open 1 bed penthouses with stunning views of the city skyline, all you need is at your doorstep.
Step into your fully furnished private flat equipped with a dual purpose desk, comfy bed with storage options, living area, fitted wardrobe and kitchenette. In the spirit of connection, we offer ample communal living, co-working and dining areas to lounge and socialise. Node Dublin 7 is far more than a living space, it’s the perfect setting to call home.
Our amenities are made with our residents in mind. Come and work in our relaxed co-working spaces or enjoy a morning coffee at our café. We also provide access to our gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a games room, a library to chill and read and for those with cooking skills, we have fully fitted communal kitchens on each floor. Feel free to host your own dinner party in one of our resident lounges, garden or on our roof terrace overlooking Dublin city lights.

There is always something to do in Dublin 7, a trendy, active community north of the River Liffey. Take a stroll to Dublins iconic O’Connell Street or hop on the Luas, a 4-minute walk away, and take a trip into St Stephens Green for some shopping. Check out the Mc Gowans pub for a pint of the black stuff or pop into the Jameson Whiskey Distillery to learn how one of Irelands most famous exports is made. There is Bonobo for the pizza, Token for pints & retro arcade games, Krewe for the cocktails & chicken wings – Dublin 7 has it all. Bus routes include the 16, 16D, 38, 38A, 41C, 41D, and 46A. Route 16 connects the area directly to the Dublin Airport and its stop is a short walk from Node.

Coliving is a modern and community-driven approach to shared living spaces. At Node, you’ll have a private apartment, bungalow or a private room and share common areas. It’s about community, connection, and curated experiences that go beyond traditional renting. Join a vibrant lifestyle that combines living and socializing.
Our community comprises a diverse mix of individuals hailing from different backgrounds. You’ll encounter international and domestic professionals, expatriates, digital nomads, students, and typically young adults aged between 22 and 40. However, we warmly welcome individuals of all age groups into our communities.
No, we don’t. We simplify the process. You only need to provide a one-month deposit and the proportional first month’s rent to secure your space. No hidden fees or complicated procedure.” However, for our Dublin units, we do require a €300 reservation fee. Once you pay the reservation, your unit will be taken off the market, giving you time to submit the required documents without pressure. This fee ensures your room is secured and will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
The minimum stay with us is typically 12 months, however, feel free to discuss your situation with us, break clauses are available at certain times of the year. This duration allows us to foster a genuine sense of community among our residents, creating connections and experiences that enrich your coliving journey.
Yes, we require a deposit, typically one month’s rent to secure your room. It’s a standard procedure to ensure your reservation and provide you with a worry-free stay.
We’ve got you covered! Your home at Node is thoughtfully designed and includes all the furniture, rugs, and mattresses, excluding staging items, kitchenware and linens. For your convenience your utilities and WiFi are bundled into a monthly fee. Plus, enjoy our monthly events and exclusive access to communal spaces. Weekly or monthly cleaning of your unit is available upon request for an additional charge, as are kitchen and linen packages if you desire a fully furnished experience.
The application process is easy and can all be done online if needed, or in person. Once you’ve picked the home you like, chat with our leasing consultant to schedule a virtual or in-person visit. After the visit, we will ask you to provide us with some simple paperwork so we can prepare the rental contract. If all checks out, you can sign your lease at our office and start packing your bags to move in – it’s as simple as that!
We do offer the option of both in-person and virtual visits. We aim to provide the best experience while respecting the comfort and privacy of existing roommates in shared units.
In our coliving shared units, while you don’t directly choose your roommates, we put effort into creating a positive roommate matching experience. We carefully review all profiles to ensure compatibility among apartment mates. Our goal is to find you the best match to enhance your living experience with like-minded individuals.There are no roommates in the private apartments.
While we love animals, we only allow pets in our private apartments, not in the coliving shared apartments.
We curate a range of events to enrich your experience. Our monthly events offer a variety of options such as community dinners, game nights, planting or painting events, bonfires, movies, sporting events, picnics, hikes, concerts, arcades, potlucks and more! These events are a great way to get to know your community and create lifelong friendships.
At the moment, we don’t have the option for couples in our coliving shared units. Feel free to explore our options and find the best fit for your needs! Our coliving units in Dublin are only available for individual residents.
Absolutely! We encourage a welcoming environment where you can feel at home. You are welcome to have friends visit, just make sure to communicate with your roommates and ensure everyone is comfortable if you are in a coliving shared unit.
Yes, you have the flexibility to extend your stay as needed. Whether you want to continue your Node experience or explore other options, just let us know at least 30 days in advance. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!
We understand everyone’s schedule is different and we’ll be happy to discuss an alternative option for move-ins outside of regular business hours.
It’s a simple process! Just send us an email in advance, that is in accordance with the notification period in your lease agreement (typically 30 days in advance), to notify us of your departure date.Once we receive your notification, we’ll provide you with the necessary procedure to follow. Your smooth transition matters to us!
We’ve made it hassle-free! The most convenient way to pay is by setting up a monthly recurring payment through our online portal to pay via your debit or credit card.
